All products sold carry a 12
month warranty from date of purchase unless stated otherwise. Products
must be used in accordance with the manufacturers recommendations. If a
product becomes defective during the 12 month period, it must be returned to
SatPlus for assessment. If the product is faulty, it will be replaced free
of charge. No liability will be accepted for goods which become faulty due
to ingress of dust, moisture, corrosion or show signs of misuse, over voltage
power surges, reverse of polarity (in cases of 12VDC units) or improper
use. Freight costs incurred in returning the product to us will be
at the senders expense. We will cover the cost of freight to return the
replacement product. Refunds or exchanges will only be honoured if a
product is returned to us within 7 working days and in as new condition.
Should an identical product be unavailable for
replacement (possibly discontinued) an equivalent product will be sent.
Please notify Satplus within 7 days if an item arrives damaged or DOA.
Non approved decoders used with valid pay TV or
free to view smartcards are sold with the understanding that a provider may make
changes that affect the operation of that card in a non approved unit.
SatPlus cannot be held responsible for these possible changes as they are out of
our control.
Refunds are offered if goods
are not required and returned to us in original packaging. Freight to and
from the customer will not be refunded. Satellite kits due to the work
required to pack them will incur a restocking fee of $40.00.
Free to air foreign language satellite TV channels are
provided by governments, public/private companies and charities to enable
people living away from their homeland to keep in touch as well as to promote
tourism and entertainment. Some of the channels are provided under written
contract and should remain free for a long time while others may come and go.
SatPlus is a provider of satellite equipment and is in no way affiliated
with these service providers. As such, we cannot be held responsible if a
customer purchases a satellite kit for a particular language and that channel is
taken off air at a later date. Goods will not be accepted for refund if
this is the case.
When we receive an online or telephone order
before 11.00 am, we will endeavour
to dispatch the order on the same day. However, there are times when
products are unavailable due to delivery delays, manufacturing, public holidays
etc. If a product will not be available for 2-3 days after the order has
been placed, we will contact the customer and explain the situation. In
most cases, orders are sent within 24-48 hrs and we have an excellent dispatch
record to support this.
Generally, delivery to most regional areas of Australia is within 2 - 4 days.
There are more remote areas that will take longer as there is less freight being
sent there and transport companies tend to wait for the freight to build up
before delivering to these remote regions. Please be patient if this is
the case as it is out of our control.

Freight is calculated when you enter your delivery
address details BEFORE you enter your payment details so you'll know
exactly how much freight is before you pay.

Generally, orders received before 11.00PM during
normal business hours Monday to Friday, are packed and sent on the same day.
Larger orders may require extra packing or special transport arrangements may
have to be made so allow for an extra day or so. Most orders packed in cartons
smaller than 100cm x 100cm x 20cm are sent via Australia Post. AusPost is our
preferred courier as they will deliver anywhere in Australia and provide door to
door service as well as insurance and registration of parcels if required.
All orders are well packed in bubble and cardboard and it is extremely rare for
a product to arrive damaged. Of course if this happens, we will happily replace
the item immediately.
It is rare for an order to await dispatch more
than 48hrs unless this is an arrangement made by the customer. If you are
concerned that your order has not arrived in a timely fashion, please contact us
and we will follow it up.
